When Music Network One was launched in July 2019, we understood the uncertainty regarding the future of musicians and hence built the networking organization to give them a better chance at becoming successful in their music careers. The old model of record labels have all but become a marketing arm without providing the sense of security or guarantee that the musician yearns for. Instead, a false sense of security was provided in the form of rockstar perks and signing bonuses.

As long as the musicians were under the labels thumb, they’d be provided all of the perks a rockstar dreams of tour buses, crews, catering, access to celebrities and the elite, and the promise of making millions. But once the label loses interest, or like in most cases, gets acquired or shuts down entirely, reality starts to set in, and the uncertainty of the rockstar’s future becomes apparent. This uncertainty can cripple the outlook for a safe and comfortable retirement for anyone pursuing music.

Emo Alaeddin formed Music Network One so that musicians and people in the music industry can rest assured knowing that there can be a promise for a successful music career. But what happens when the rockstar days are over, and one can’t perform on stage like they used to?

All musicians want to become rockstars for the fame, yes, but also so that they can live comfortably without worrying about what tomorrow may bring.

Too many times, we have heard about the musician who let all of his earnings from his glory days go to waste because they didn’t plan. But mostly it was because they didn’t have a trusted professional in their corner, advising them on how to handle their finances and plan for their future.

And this is why I create Rockstar 65.
